Using our Advanced Booking Management Tool below, you can:
- Join a Zoom meeting - Use the camera icon in the table below to join without having to enter the Zoom meeting password.
- Reschedule an existing meeting - Use the clock icon in the table below to select a new date and time for your appointment. Then, hit the 'RESCHEDULE' button.
- Cancel an Appointment - Use the exchange icon in the table below to change the status of your appointment to "Canceled'. Then, hit the 'SAVE' button. If your appointment is within 24 hours or less of cancellation, it will be cancelled in accordance with our Booking Policy.
- Update your profile - Switch to the "Profile" tab in the table below to manage your profile details, BUT BEWARE: If you change your account details or PASSWORD here, it will change everywhere (including on the My Account page and your VIP Client Portal (if applicable).
- Change your password - Switch to the "Change password" tab in the table below to change your password, BUT BEWARE: If you change your account details or PASSWORD here, it will change everywhere (including on the My Account page and your VIP Client Portal (if applicable).
