Intro

Empowering Female Veterans: The ReInVentU and Jacksonville Veterans Chamber of Commerce Case Study

When Demika Jackson, President of the Jacksonville Veterans Chamber of Commerce and founder of both ReInVent U, LLC and ReInVentU Magazine approached us back in September 2021, she had a clear vision for her organization’s online presence. With her background as a veteran and public speaker, she wanted to create several platforms that would serve as a hub for female veterans to connect, share their experiences, and raise awareness about the unique challenges they face.

We began by creating a website for the Jacksonville Veterans Chamber of Commerce, working closely with Demika to understand her needs and goals for the website, and we were able to deliver and launch the finished product in just four weeks!

Demika was thrilled with the results, and she soon returned to us to redesign her landing page for ReInVentU, LLC. The page was in need of a more fresh and modern look to better reflect the organization’s mission and values. Taking the time to understand Demika’s vision for the page, we once again worked closely with her to create a new design that was both visually stunning and highly effective in communicating her message.

Demika was so pleased with the results that she decided to invest in a Business Builder Bundle from us. This package included the social media setup and optimization of her Facebook and Instagram pages for ReInVentU, LLC, complete with cover designs and content writing. We also designed a two-sided business card and letterhead template for her, and gave her existing logo a fresh new look. In addition, we created 10 social media post designs to help her promote her organization.

Today, Demika is still a frequent client of WGAD, and we recently completed yet another website for her: an extension to ReInVentU, LLC, called ReInVentU Magazine, which is an online digital magazine platform for female veterans to voice their opinions and concerns, to fully express and embrace themselves, and to share their experiences with the world! While designing ReInVentU Magazine, our team added in a few custom magazine graphic cover designs to get Demika started!

National FastDance Association: Revitalizing a Website in Record Time

Background: Bill Maddox, the owner of the National FastDance Association, a dance organization based in Jacksonville, Florida, approached us in 2022 with a complex issue. He had a 3-week deadline and had already wasted more than $3000 on a website redesign that was never completed. The website was large and required a lot of storage space, featured two large databases/searchable directories, and an events page with a large number of entries. Additionally, it needed a built-in marketing automation platform for creating and sending quarterly newsletter campaigns to his 7,000+ subscribers.

Objective: The objective of this project was to redesign the National FastDance Association’s website in a short amount of time and exceed the client’s expectations.

Solution: We began by exporting all of Bill’s content from Wix, where the site was previously hosted, to preserve as much data as possible. We then coordinated with Bill to determine which information should be restated on his new website and which should be changed or omitted altogether. We then planned, developed, and designed the website, delivering it in exactly 3 weeks.

We designed a custom, responsive website that was visually appealing, easy to navigate, and optimized for search engines. The website included information about the National FastDance Association and its programs, as well as a calendar of events, two databases, a contact form, integrated jukebox, and a membership application.

Results: Despite the tight timeline, the new website was launched to the public on time and within budget, and it exceeded Bill’s expectations! He was thrilled with the results and has since reported a significant increase in website traffic and online engagement. Here’s what Bill had to say:

Painting a Picture of Success: Ryder Paint Pros' Unique Custom Logo Design

Background: Todd Freeman, owner of Ryder Paint Pros, approached us in 2020 with a very special request for a logo design. He wanted to feature his beloved Argentino dog, who had a unique characteristic of an erect right ear due to an injury, at the center of the logo design. The dog was to hold a paintbrush in its mouth with paint dripping from it and was to be wearing a tropical shirt with palm trees and sunglasses to top it off.

Objective: To create a unique and sentimental custom logo design that accurately represents the personal touch and creativity of Ryder Paint Pros.

Solution: Our team of graphic designers worked closely with Todd to bring his vision to life. We utilized our expertise in logo design and illustration to create a unique and eye-catching design that perfectly captures the personality of both the company and Todd’s beloved dog.

Results: Todd was ecstatic with the final product and has been using the new logo on all of his company’s materials ever since. The new logo has helped Ryder Paint Pros stand out in a crowded market and has even led to an increase in business. The logo has also become a symbol of the personal touch and dedication that Todd puts into every project, making it a sentimental and cherished aspect of the company.

Bald Head Chic - Establishing a Strong Online Presence Through Professional Design & Branding

Background: Bald Head Chic, LLC (BHC) is a women-focused beauty brand that specializes in high-quality products and services for women experiencing hair loss and aimed at promoting self-love, self-confidence, and self-empowerment. The company was founded in 2021 by licensed esthetician, permanent makeup (PMU) artist, and hair loss specialist, Kenyetta Isom. 

Objective: The objective of this project was to establish a strong online presence for Bald Head Chic, LLC through a professional logo, social media accounts, and a user-friendly website. The main challenge of the project was finding a way to develop a strong brand identity that properly distinguished and efficiently branded the four areas of Kenyetta’s business: (1) Scalp & Skincare, (2) Wellness Teas, (3) Beauty Services & Consultations, and (4) Apparel and Merchandise, while also creating one overarching, well-defined brand that flowed seamlessly across the site.

Solution: We worked with Kenyetta to develop a comprehensive design plan that included a new logo, social media accounts, and a website.

Kenyetta began the project by purchasing our Brand Boost Consultation, a 2-hour intensive strategy session designed to help business owners define their target audience, key differentiators, and brand personality, as well as audit their existing brand and identify opportunities for improvement. Then, we dove into the project:

  1. For the logo redesign, we created a modern, minimalist logo that featured a bold, sans-serif font and a gradient color pattern. The logo was designed to be versatile and effective across a range of platforms and applications, and better exemplified the multi-faceted nature of the brand.
  2. For social media, we created accounts on Facebook and Instagram and developed a content strategy that included regular updates, engagement with followers, and targeted ads. We also designed a Facebook cover, Instagram story highlight covers, custom social media graphics, and we provided content writing services.
  3. For the website, we designed and developed a custom, responsive website that is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and optimized for search engines. The website features a range of Bald Head Chic’s products, along with information about the company, its services, and its mission.

Finally, Kenyetta purchased a suite of supporting services to enhance her brand, including label designs for her products, photo retouching services for her before and after client photo gallery, and product cover designs for several of the products displayed on her website.

Results: The results of this project were outstanding! The new website, logo, and social media accounts effectively established a strong online presence for Bald Head Chic, LLC and helped to establish the brand as a credible, trustworthy, and professional up-and-coming company. Pleased with the outcome and the quality of our services, Kenyetta has continued to work with W Graphics and Designs for ongoing website and social media management, as well as for graphic design projects.

Our Booking Policy

Booking, Cancellation, & Rescheduling Policy:


Our Booking Policy is in place to ensure that we can efficiently and effectively manage our schedule and provide the best possible service to all of our clients. In the event that a scheduled session is cancelled as a result of a late show (more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time), a no-show, or a failure to to provide 24 hours’ notice, a rescheduling fee of $15.00 may be required of the Client at the time a rescheduled appointment is requested to cover the costs associated with managing your booking. (The 15-minute grace period may be subtracted from the maximum duration of the scheduled appointment.) Two consecutive cancellations may result in a ban from future bookings for the Client, and where a scheduled session is paid, cancellations (due to a late-show, no-show, or a failure to reschedule within 24 hours) are non-refundable.

Discovery Calls, Intake Sessions, & Paid Consultations

  1. Complimentary Discovery Call: One discovery call is allowed per project, lasting up to 15 minutes. This call provides us with an opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of your needs and align them precisely with our services, aiding you in selecting the most valuable options for your requirements.
  2. Scheduled Intake Sessions: Projects that have been confirmed and paid for within 14 days of purchase qualify for scheduled, timed intake sessions, allowing us to explore your project specifics and ensuring an alignment with your overarching vision.
  3. One-on-One Consultation: Instead of or in addition to the initial discovery call or intake session, we offer purchasable timed sessions tailored for those seeking personalized expert advice or seeking to further engage in project discussions.
