Our Booking Policy is in place to ensure that we can efficiently and effectively manage our schedule and provide the best possible service to all of our clients. In the event that a scheduled session is cancelled as a result of a late show (more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time), a no-show, or a failure to to provide 24 hours’ notice, a rescheduling fee of $15.00 may be required of the Client at the time a rescheduled appointment is requested to cover the costs associated with managing your booking. (The 15-minute grace period may be subtracted from the maximum duration of the scheduled appointment.) Two consecutive cancellations may result in a ban from future bookings for the Client, and where a scheduled session is paid, cancellations (due to a late-show, no-show, or a failure to reschedule within 24 hours) are non-refundable.
When you contact us by phone, video conference, or any other electronic communication method, including but not limited to Zoom or any similar service, your communication may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, and legal compliance purposes. By contacting us, you consent to this monitoring and recording, and acknowledge that you have been informed of this policy. This policy applies to all phone and video communications with our company, regardless of the method of contact.
